Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the customized nature of our promotional and embroidered products, returns are only accepted for defective items or items with errors caused by B4Marketing Ltd. If you believe your item is defective or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a return or replacement.
Return Process
If your return is approved, B4Marketing Ltd. will provide you with a return shipping label. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice to facilitate processing.
Refunds and Replacements
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, B4Marketing Ltd. will determine if a refund or replacement is warranted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Replacements will be shipped promptly after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom promotional and embroidery products that are not defective or do not contain errors are non-returnable. This includes items with personalized designs, company logos, names or wrong sizes.
